In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rs66", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the rs66 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated personnel responsible for the delivery of services at rs66.bio.
• "Platform" — means the rs66 website accessible at rs66.bio, including all subpages, services, games, sportsbook, payment facilities, and associated software.
• "User", "you", "your" — means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the rs66 Platform.

rs66 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any point. Providing false information regarding eligibility is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

To access real-money features on the rs66 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the rs66 Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created under the same identity or different identities — are prohibited. rs66 will close all duplicate Accounts and may retain any balances pending investigation.

• Account Verification: rs66 may request identity, address, or payment method verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

The rs66 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Wallet Balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on rs66 is PKR 500. rs66 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: rs66 currently accepts JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Wallet Balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

• No Third-Party Funds: You may not deposit funds obtained from any third party or use the rs66 Platform to process payments on behalf of any third party. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

rs66 offers various promotional programmes, welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• rs66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honoured to their natural conclusion.
• Multiple account holders, or users found to be abusing promotional offers through coordinated or systematic exploitation, will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts reviewed for compliance.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• rs66 reserves the right to request that any wagering requirements be completed before a withdrawal is processed, even where a player's Wallet Balance consists entirely of winnings derived from real-money wagers.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the rs66 Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is only valid once rs66 has confirmed acceptance and the bet reference number has been issued. rs66 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed pre-set maximum stake limits.
• Odds Changes: Sportsbook odds may fluctuate between the time a selection is made and the time a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the time of confirmed bet acceptance are binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other users or over the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rs66 content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of rs66 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs66 expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond rs66's reasonable control.

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature, including loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

Where rs66's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, rs66's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the aggregate value of your Wallet Balance at the time the claim arises.

rs66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction.

Upon Account termination for cause, rs66 may retain any Wallet Balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the User voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any verified Wallet Balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of final KYC checks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rs66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with rs66 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
